If you allow yourself a bubble of silence, time and space will expand, and you will feel that these words are like drops falling on the surface of a calm lake. Each drop softens your perception and opens you to the reception of images and sensations that are meaningful to you.

If you feel that way, from this meditation, you can create a graphic record, through writing and/or channelled drawing. This graphic will serve as a reminder of what you have experienced and what has been revealed to you during the guided meditation.
