Guided Meditations

These guided meditations arise from moments of complicity in the trainings I teach. They are fully inspired by the people who are present, either in face-to-face classes or through video conference.

To connect with the cadence of meditation, we invite you to settle into a quiet space, dim the light, close your eyes and open your heart. If you feel like it, at the end, you can make a graphic record with those images, messages or sensations that you have perceived during the meditation.
